Also on the bill for these last 3 shows of the opening week of the doomed CBGB Theater were Richard Hell and the Voidoids, the Erasers, and Mars. Patti Smith was the headliner. One newspaper article said that the theater " boasted spotty central heating, and layers of dust and decrepitude dating back who knows how long."
