"Extended Play" was a series of exhibitions examining the intersections between sound and visual art, between photography and Rock’N’Roll.
Works included photographs, video, fashion design and works on paper. Other artists featured in the exhibition were Laurie Anderson, Kevin Coyne, Kim Gordon, Tony Levin, Lou Reed and otheres.
The Extended Play website (www.explay.org) still presents most of the material from the original exhibitions with new additions (Laura Lakeway who also made many of the pictures for the "Land" CD-Set, etc.).
